We do not guarantee ongoing performance, future compatibility, or continued functionality beyond the initial setup service provided.
All services are performed based on the details you provide at the time of booking. Our responsibility is limited strictly to the tasks agreed upon for the scheduled service.
Requests for additional setup, troubleshooting, repairs, or services outside the original scope may require additional time and may incur extra charges. Any such charges will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.
All service fees are non-refundable once the service has begun.
If you experience an issue related to the service provided, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and make reasonable efforts to resolve it. Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion and are not guaranteed after this period.
Install My Device is not responsible for issues that occur after the completion of the service, including but not limited to:

Software or system updates
Compatibility issues
Data loss
Hardware failures
Our liability is limited solely to the services performed during the scheduled appointment. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of your device.
